Departmental support
Graduate Students in their 1st year will receive tuition scholarships. Although amounts vary each year based on the number of students accepted, base amounts are approximately $5,000 for 1st year MSc students. In providing support, the department recognizes the unique financial constraints that are often experienced by Indigenous and Black Nova Scotians, and International students.

Research assistant positions

Once you've decided on a thesis topic, you'll want to begin looking into funding your research through an outside agency. Consider hospitals and foundations for particular diseases or conditions, and the governing bodies of the populations you're interested in studying. 聽
