The NS Food Gathering will bring together eaters, farmers, researchers, nutritionists, civil servants, students, cooks, citizens, gardeners, and parents from across the province to identify and animate actions to increase food security in Nova Scotia. The two and half day event will take place in Halifax at аÄÃÅÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±, May 9th – 11th, 2013.

The NS Food Gathering is a project of FoodARC and the Nova Scotia Food Security Network with participation from numerous food organizations across the province including Farmers' Markets of Nova Scotia, SlowFood, the Nova Scotia Food Policy Council, and the Food Action Committee
